Our tours generally last from two to two-and-a-half hours, depending on how fast we walk and how much we want to talk.

Cancel twenty-four hours or more in advance and receive a full refund. We are unable to offer refunds for tours canceled with fewer than twenty-four hours notice.
You can use the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button at the bottom of your confirmation email to cancel.

Children seven and under are free.

Barring exceptional circumstances, our tours run rain or shine. If you feel the weather may negatively impact your experience, you may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before the tour. But sometimes doing crazy things together in the rain can be a fun experience!

Yes, they should feel free to come. We can accept payment on-site via cash or Venmo.

We realize that people who are passionate about what we’re doing are experiencing a variety of financial situations. For this reason, a limited number of spots on each tour are reserved at a sliding scale. If you cannot afford to pay the full fee, please contact us through the website to learn about the sliding-scale option. We will not ask questions about your financial situation but ask that you use the system in good faith and keep in mind that despite our fondness for the royal “we,” we are a small (one-person) operation trying to make it in a tough environment.
